Refund policy

Overview

Thank you for using MTG Event. We want to be upfront about our billing practices. All purchases made through MTG Event — including monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases — are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

All sales are final

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

All charges are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
One-time purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to MTG Event until the end of your current billing period. No charges will be made after cancellation, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days in that period.

Exceptions and statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. In particular:

EU/EEA consumers

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, unless you have accessed the digital service and expressly waived this right at checkout.

Other jurisdictions

Local laws may grant you additional rights that we are required to honor. Nothing in this policy overrides those rights.

Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, due to a duplicate charge or a technical issue on our end — please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where confirmed, issue a correction or credit at our discretion.
